Know Before You Go

Bonding Time:

The event is an opportunity to meet your colleagues and the rest of the company. Use this time to:

  • bond with your team
  • say hello to someone new who might be in need of a friendly face
  • make friends
  • enjoy and have good fun!

Travel:

  • It takes around 2.5-3 hours from Mumbai Airport or Pune to reach the destination
  • Buses will leave from each airport at 9am on 9th morning
  • Return will be at 11 am on the 11th from the resort 

Stay & Food:

We’ve planned rooms on a triple and twin-sharing basis. There’ll be breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet.

As per hotel guidelines, outside food and drinks are not allowed.

Attire:

The weather will be warm (slightly hot), so dress comfortably. There’ll be some sports (not very taxing physically) but do carry a cap (*ahem* *ahem*)

  • Dress in corporate-appropriate attire at all times.
  • If you want to use the pool, wear a swimming costume.
  • For the Theme Party come dressed up in White & Gold OR Black & Red

Participation Terms:

Nexus is a company organized event. Each employee is wholeheartedly encouraged to join.

By participating in this event, you understand that you represent the company and your actions reflect the culture of the organization.

It is also to be noted that your participation comes with the understanding and acceptance that company (WisdmLabs, Humwise Solutions LLP) is not liable for any loss  (tangible, intangible, or both) or injury  arising out of and during the course of this event.

You are also solely responsible for any damage you cause to the resort property and the company has full right to recover any cost or fines imposed by the resort owing to your actions.

COCKTAIL PARTY

This year, we have something new planned. We have a THEME Party!

The theme is ANGELS & DEMONS!

You can come dressed up as an Angel (wearing white and gold) or a Demon (wearing red and black) – use your imagination to dress up. The best dressed will get a prize!

One more IMPORTANT point – Drink responsibly and Party responsibly
